Apartment 1 Quiet and homely, just a few hundred yards from famous Spanish Steps. Newly Restored (December 2016) entire apartment. Brand new kitchen, bathroom and furniture. Air conditioning and heating in every room... Apartment 2 Brand new cozy little apartment in the fanciest area of Rome. Our apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa-bed that can accommodate two adults and a kitchen area, a brand new bathroom. Apartment style is very modern...

We arrived in Rome and we were immediately greeted by a welcome message followed by a call from Giacomo. He gave us detailed instructions on how to proceed to the apt. We were so pleasantly surprised to meet a very warm and personable host who even treated us to beverages in a nearby cafe. He was a great 'concierge' who gave us a map and a guide book. He shared his favorite restaurants (like Baffetto pizza). The apt is just as pictured; it had exactly what we needed to enjoy our stay. It is so close to the Spanish steps, and the Piazza del Popolo, and the Metro station. We will not hesitate staying with Giacomo again. Thanks Giacomo! - Dimpy We stayed in Rome for a week and had a very pleasant stay in Giacomo's apartement. It's comfortable, clean and nice and we really felt like coming home in this quiet and relaxing house after our long walks in this beautifull city. Giacomo's hospitality is heartwarming and at the beginning and during our visit, at any time he gave us any information we needed. The apartement is located in the north of ancient Rome and everything we wanted to see was in a walking distance, so we didn't have to use public transport. In the future, when we decide to visit Rome again, we'll surely contact Giacomo again for a stay! - Freke Simply perfect. The apartment was exactly as promised and even more importantly, Giacomo was the kindest host ever. One of our guests requested a hair dryer upon arrival. When we returned to the apartment after lunch, Giacomo had already provided us with the hairdryer. That story tells you what kind of guy your host is. Culture, shopping, city life, restaurants and just everything Rome has to offer. Giacomo was a perfect host. Right on time to meet us, gave us lots of information about Rome, and came by with cakes for the children one evening! So to live "La Dolce vita " in live, stay here. We will be back for sure!!! And oh, forgot to add that the terrace is really super! Thank's again Giacomo for your hospitality! Anna Karin - Olivier Et Anna Karin Giacomo's apartment is very well located and just as described! We went there with our 2 kids (1 and 3 years old) and it was perfect. Location is very calm and the apartment is brand new which is very pleasant. Giacomo was very helpful and even let me use his SIM to have some internet (I guess WIFI will be available soon in the apartment). Also, the terrace is very nice, our kids loved it :) We’ll definitively go there again!
